Exhale Forward

Breath and movement programs for the community, workplace, and real life

What we do

We empower teams and individuals with breathing and movement techniques that allow them to navigate difficult situations successfully.

We host  interactive workshops both in-person and virtually. We educate, demonstrate, and provide feedback to participants on proper breathing mechanics, along with evidence-informed practices integrating breath and movement that can be used in the moment in stressful situations.

Our workshops create space for your team to connect, laugh and grow together.

We handle the workshop logistics such as virtual meeting management, conference room preparation, and communication before and after so that team leaders can be fully present and actively participate.

Let us host a session at your next team building event!

Our Belief

It's easy to move through life without fully experiencing it. The good moments can pass us by, while we white knuckle our way through the hard ones. We react.  Get Revved up. Go on autopilot.

We've been there too - and small practices have helped us step out of automatic patterns, reconnect with our experience, and create more choice in how we move forward.

We'd like to share these practices with you. Together, they offer an integrated approach that encompasses breath, body, and mind. Breath deactivates. Movement reconnects us to our body. With breath and body more settled, the mind has more room for perspective and choice.

About us

Geeta Singh, MSPT, DPT

Movement Educator

With 35 years of experience as a physical therapist, Geeta holds both a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Throughout her career, she has embraced whole-person care, in which the people she works with are true partners in shaping their own treatment plans and goals. Early on, as the field leaned heavily on a biomedical model that left little room for patient input, she found herself at odds with clinic norms — a tension that led her to start her own practice, where she could take the time to understand each patient's full story. She welcomes the shift toward a more collaborative model that healthcare has adopted in recent years.

Alongside her clinical work, she has remained active in community health, developing both group and individualized wellness programs — including a breath and movement class designed for

organizations and businesses, building restorative practices into their workplace culture.

Skye Ellison, BSIE

Progam Coodinator

Skye brings 15 years of experience in the fast-paced worlds of engineering and information technology. She steadily advanced into leadership roles, gaining firsthand insight into the pressure that can accompany a demanding career.

As a mother of two young children, Skye understands how easily personal well-being can get lost among professional responsibilities, family life, and the demands of the everyday. Her own experience living with a chronic lung condition led her to explore wellness more deeply and recognize the powerful role that breathing and movement play alongside traditional healthcare. She believes there are better ways to integrate and normalize these values within our community and workplace.

Skye loves raising her children, spending time in the outdoors, and connecting with her friends and family.
